Jurisdiction: This document applies to users accessing the Donbet platform from France and other permitted territories.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Donbet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the services provided through the Donbet Casino platform. By creating an account or using any service at Donbet Win, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Donbet Casino operates as an online gambling platform offering casino games, live dealer games, slots, table games, and related entertainment services. The platform is accessible via the official Donbet website and its associated subdomains.

1.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. Users who do not accept these terms in full are required to cease use of the platform immediately.

1.3 Donbet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.4 In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the following supplementary documents form part of the agreement between the User and Don Bet:

2. Eligibility

2.1 To use the services provided by Donbet, users must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Be a resident of a country in which online gambling is permitted by applicable law.
  • Not be listed on any self-exclusion register or equivalent regulatory exclusion program.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close associate of the Company or its affiliated partners.

2.2 Donbet explicitly prohibits access to its platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted. It is the sole responsibility of the User to verify that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before using the platform.

Note for users in France: French regulations governing online gambling are administered by the Autorité Nationale des Jeux (ANJ). Users based in France are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable French laws and regulations regarding online gambling prior to using Donbet services.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access the full range of services at Donbet Casino, users must complete the registration process and create a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the platform.

3.2 During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

  • Full legal name
  • Date of birth
  • Country of residence
  • Valid email address
  • Phone number
  • Preferred currency

3.3 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted through a User's account is deemed to be authorized by that User.

3.4 Donbet Win reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide justification.

3.5 Creating an account using false information, third-party details, or with the intent to circumvent restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Donbet maintains a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements. Users may be required to submit verification documents at any stage of their relationship with the platform.

4.2 Verification documents may include:

  • Government-issued photo ID (passport, national identity card, or driving licence)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
  • Proof of payment method (copy of card, bank statement, or e-wallet screenshot)
  • Source of funds documentation

4.3 Donbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals, until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure and/or reporting obligations to relevant regulatory authorities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits made to a Donbet Casino account must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Donbet does not accept deposits from third parties. The minimum deposit amount is specified on the cashier page and is subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Donbet accepts deposits via various payment methods, which may include:

  • Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit cards)
  • Bank transfers (SEPA and international wire)
  • E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, and others as listed in the cashier)

Donbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party charges from payment providers may apply. The Company is not responsible for fees levied by external processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.2.1 Withdrawal requests are processed by Donbet within the timeframe stated in the cashier section, which is generally subject to completion of KYC verification.

5.2.2 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts belonging to the User. The minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.

5.2.3 Donbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests. Requests that fail to meet compliance requirements may be delayed or declined.

5.2.4 Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements as defined in the Bonus Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Donbet Casino may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefits to eligible users. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the Donbet promotions page and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.2 General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to:

  • Each bonus is available once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device.
  • Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
  • Donbet Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus at any time.
  • Abuse of promotional offers, including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and potential account suspension.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion.

6.3 Donbet reserves the right to withhold bonus benefits or winnings derived from bonus play if there is reasonable evidence that the promotion has been used in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games available on the Donbet platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.2 Donbet Casino employs certified random number generator (RNG) technology in all eligible games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, Donbet reserves the right to void the affected round(s). All decisions made by Donbet in relation to technical issues are final.

7.4 Donbet shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Users resulting from disconnections, network outages, or device failures during gameplay.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Donbet platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action:

  • Registering or operating more than one account on the Donbet platform
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to manipulate gameplay or outcomes
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match manipulation
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
  • Money laundering or using Donbet for any unlawful financial activity
  • Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN or proxy technologies
  • Conducting chargebacks or reversals of deposits without prior authorization from Donbet
  • Harassment, threatening behavior, or abuse directed at Donbet staff or other users

8.2 Where prohibited activities are detected, all winnings derived from such activity will be voided and any funds in the account may be forfeited. Donbet reserves the right to report such activities to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Donbet platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and multimedia materials, is the exclusive property of Donbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any content.

9.3 Any unauthorized use of Donbet intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Donbet Casino shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
  • Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a User's account
  • Losses caused by events beyond the Company's reasonable control (force majeure)
  • Any reliance placed on information published on the platform

10.2 Don Bet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 Donbet Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered users:

  • Deposit limits – Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on deposits
  • Loss limits – Maximum allowable losses within a defined period
  • Session time limits – Restrictions on continuous play duration
  • Reality checks – Regular notifications about elapsed play time
  • Cool-off periods – Temporary suspension of account access (24 hours to 6 weeks)
  • Self-exclusion – Permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform

11.2 To activate any responsible gaming tool, Users should contact Donbet customer support or access the settings within their account dashboard. Once a self-exclusion is in place, Donbet will not reverse or lift it before the expiry of the agreed period.

11.3 Donbet encourages users who may be experiencing difficulties with gambling to seek assistance from independent support organizations, including those operating in France.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Users may close their Donbet account at any time by submitting a written request to customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User through the original payment method.

12.2 Donbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy
  • Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Failure to complete identity verification
  • Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
  • Legal or regulatory requirements necessitating account closure
  • User-initiated self-exclusion

12.3 In the event of account closure due to breach of Terms, Donbet Win reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. Users will be notified of the outcome in writing.

12.4 Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as outlined in the cashier section of the platform, applied after the inactivity period specified therein.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 In the event of a dispute between the User and Donbet, the User is required to first submit a formal complaint to Donbet customer support in writing, providing full details of the issue and any supporting evidence.

13.2 Donbet will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 72 hours and will endeavor to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days from receipt.

13.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels to the satisfaction of the User, the User may escalate the complaint to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body or regulatory authority as applicable to the User's jurisdiction.

13.4 All disputes relating to game outcomes are governed by the certified records maintained by Donbet's gaming servers. These records shall be considered the authoritative source of truth in all dispute proceedings.

14. Amendments

14.1 Donbet reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the email address registered on their account and/or via a notification on the Donbet platform.

14.2 It is the responsibility of the User to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If a User does not agree with any amendments, they must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Donbet Casino is incorporated and licensed, except where local mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's country of residence impose additional requirements.

15.2 Users in France acknowledge that certain provisions of French consumer law and online gambling regulations may apply to their use of the platform and are not superseded by these Terms.

15.3 Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, save where mandatory local law provisions require otherwise.

15.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
